We are a small boutique rea lestate company with an emphasis on personal service. Liz Viering, in the real estate business since 1984, is the broker/owner. Jane Battles, in real estate in the Philadelphia area for 40 years, also has a summer home at Groton Long Point, and has also been licensed in CT for many years. Kevin Bill lives in Lebanon, CT, and has been a real estate appraiser since 1994. He decided to branch out and sell real estate, as well, and we are delighted to have him join us, as well.
